Nomination Rules and Regulations

All nominations (both paper and online) must be submitted no later than 5pm Friday, October 5th, 2010.

The Torch Award is open to all for-profit American businesses that operate in, and provide goods and services in, the State of New Hampshire. Please note that non-profit organizations and businesses primarily serving local, state or federal government are not eligible.

Anyone is eligible to nominate a business that they feel meets the Torch Award Criteria requested on this form.

A business may also be nominated by an organization (ie., academic institution, civic organization, trade association, etc...). Better Business Bureau membership is not required, however, BBB members must be in good standing for consideration.

Nominations for the 2010 Torch Awards will be evaluated by an independent panel of judges based on the information requested and gathered on this form. Please fill out this form as completely as possible.
